Transcripts from Directorate Of Technical Education contains of grades of each subject from first to last semester/year consists of a few pages containing the subject names and marks obtained in each subject from complete course.All documents is placed in sealed envelope which is stamped and signed by the official along the flap of the envelope. Transcripts are usually used by candidates to apply for permanent residency, higher education, visa, H1B, immigration etc. If you are applying for WES evaluation (ECA) for job, education or Canada PR, you need to apply for transcripts from your university, unless your college is Autonomous. Each set of transcripts/attested mark-sheets is issued in a separate sealed and stamped/signed envelope. As such, if you apply for 4 sets of transcripts from University, you will receive 4 sealed envelopes, each containing one set of transcripts.
