Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Order Placed in Edvantage Solution for Transcripts cancelled within 48 Hours Without Any Reasons(Minimum Payment Gateway Charges will be deducted while refunding).
2. If any issues or changes with application, feel free to contact within 48 Hours we will ensure to make all possible changes.

4. In case of cancellation or rejection of the application for any reason, after it has been submitted to the university, Edvantage Solution may deduct tax liable, service fee & transactional charges incurred in payment gateways and refund only the university fees back to the user after deduction, subject to refund of university fees from the university.
5. Tax(If Any) paid is non-refundable in case of application cancellation for any reason.
6. In case after an application has been submitted to the university, it is kept on hold due to lack of information or providing incomplete/wrong documents or any other reason, the application will get closed automatically after 4 months. No refunds shall be applicable in such a case.
7. In case the university/college authorities ask for applicant’s contact information due to any reason, we are bound to disclose.
8. The actual time estimate may vary due to external factors co-operation is excepted.
9. Once document is dispatched Edvantage Solution will not be liable for any loss/damage done by authority/university/shipping error/thefts. Re-application the process will require full repayment.
10. Once the order is ready, the application will get closed automatically after 2 month and transcripts/documents related to the order will be shredded, if not collected by the client within 2 month due to any reasons. No refunds shall be applicable in such a case.
11. The prices are subject to change without notice.
12. If for any reason, after approval the amount needs to be refunded on our satisfaction of the reasons, and if your request is approved, then your refund after the necessary deductions as outlined above will be processed through the same payment gateway, you paid through, in 30 working days.
13. Applicants may be required to send additional documents as and when required for the application process. In case, the documents are not provided by the user within 3 months of request from Edvantage Solution, the application can only be revived by paying 10% service fees extra. The application will get closed after a year and No refunds shall be applicable in such a case.
14. In case, due to technical issues or any other reason, the fees paid by the user is less than the actual fees, Edvantage Solution may ask the user to pay the remaining fees.
15. In case after an application has been submitted to the university, it is kept on hold due to lack of information or providing incomplete/wrong documents or any other reason by the applicant, the application will get closed automatically after 3 months. No refunds shall be applicable in such a case.
16. If the documents are fake or manipulated,then we are not responsible in any case,your application will be cancelled without any refund and you will be liable for any legal action initiated by authorities.
17. Edvantage Solution reserves all rights to reject any application without giving any reasons whatsoever.
18. In Case of Transcripts/MOI/LoA we will be submitting the application immediately unless otherwise specified by applicant but any delay by University/Institute/Authority sometimes time may exceed due to external factors.
19. Completion time maybe affected by unplanned closer, pandemic lock down, high number of application, limited resource in institute, lost damaged or misplaced records and sometimes courier duration may vary, co-operation is expected
20. We will follow necessary steps to successfully submit application according to compliance to university/institute/college/board/authority,if they refuse to accept application without any reason your application will be cancelled and minimum charges will be charged and remaining amount will be refunded.
21. Refund will not be possible if university/institute/college/board/authority
a. Unable to find records.
b. No longer has copies of students record.
c. False or Innacurate Information provided by applicant.
d. No additional details requested by university is provided intime by student/application.
