What is Academic Request Form?

ECA is used to verify that your foreign degree, diploma, or certificate (or other proof of your credential) is valid and equal to a the applying country/authority.

In the process of ECA Academic Record Request form is provided to request Student Records from the University or College.

Usually when you are evaluating your Education to get Educational credential assessment(ECA) from any Assessment Agency or Licensing Authority  like WES, IQAS, ICAS, NASBA , NEDB, NCEES ,CARP, SAQA, PEBC,CES  for Immigration or other purposes  sometimes for The University/Institution where One is taking admission.

Academic Request form usually contains information like Name of the Applicant ,Reference No/File No/Enrollment ID of the Recipient Organization/Agency/University , Course and University/College Name , Dates of Attended in First Half which Applicant must fill and second part where the University Fills the Details of Department Contact for further validation.

Academic Request form is sent with Academic Transcript from your University/Institution to the required Agency
