Cancellation Policy – Edvantage Solution

Order Cancellation Within 48 Hours

Clients may cancel a service order within 48 hours of placement. In such cases, only payment gateway charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No explanation is required for cancellations within this time frame.

Cancellation After 48 Hours or Post-Submission

If a cancellation request is made after 48 hours or after the application has been submitted to a university, institution, or authority, Edvantage Solution reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes, service charges, and transaction fees. Any refundable amount will depend on the university or authority’s refund policy, and only university-related fees (if refundable) will be passed on to the client.

Non-Cancellable Scenarios

No cancellations or refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • If the application has been submitted and kept on hold due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

  • If the client fails to respond or submit required additional documents within the specified time.

  • If the application is rejected due to false, inaccurate, or manipulated information.

  • If the university or institution refuses to accept the application without stating a reason.

  • If documents are shredded after remaining uncollected for 2 months post-order readiness.

Misconduct-Based Cancellations

In cases of client misconduct, verbal abuse, attempts to bypass our services, or unauthorized verification requests to third parties, Edvantage Solution may terminate the service immediately without any refund.

Document Handling

Once documents have been dispatched, Edvantage Solution is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the courier, university, or third party. A new application will require full payment again.

Processing Time Disclaimer

Cancellations based on delays due to external factors such as university backlog, public holidays, or lockdowns are not permitted, as such delays are beyond our control.

Refund Processing

If a cancellation is approved, refunds (after deductions) will be processed to the original payment method within 30 working days.
