Edvantage Solution – Terms of Service and Refund Policy

  1. Order Cancellation within 48 Hours
    If a service order is canceled within 48 hours of placement without any reason, only minimum payment gateway charges will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded.

  2. Application Changes or Issues
    For any changes or concerns regarding your application, please contact us within 48 hours. We will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

  3. Service Satisfaction

  4. Refund After Submission to University
    If an application is canceled or rejected after submission to the university, Edvantage Solution may deduct applicable taxes, service fees, and payment gateway charges. Only the refundable university fee will be returned to the user, subject to the university’s refund policy.

  5. Non-Refundable Taxes
    Any taxes paid during the application process are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation reason.

  6. Incomplete Applications
    If an application is put on hold due to missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents, it will be automatically closed after 4 months. No refund will be applicable.

  7. Disclosure of Contact Information
    If required by the university or college authorities, applicant contact information will be disclosed.

  8. Processing Time Variations
    Processing timelines may vary due to external factors. Your cooperation is appreciated.

  9. Document Dispatch Liability
    Once documents are dispatched, Edvantage Solution is not responsible for loss or damage due to university/authority/shipping errors or theft. Re-application will require full repayment.

  10. Uncollected Orders
    Once an order is ready, if documents are not collected within 2 months, the application will be closed and documents shredded. No refund will be provided.

  11. Price Changes
    All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  12. Refund Timeline
    If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 working days through the same payment gateway, after applicable deductions.

  13. Additional Document Requests
    If additional documents are requested and not submitted within 3 months, the application can be revived by paying an extra 10% service fee. After 1 year, the application will be closed with no refund.

  14. Underpayment of Fees
    If due to technical or other reasons, the amount paid is less than required, users will be asked to pay the difference.

  15. University Hold Period
    Applications held due to incomplete or incorrect documents by the applicant will be closed after 3 months. No refund will be given.

  16. Fake or Manipulated Documents
    If documents are found to be fake or manipulated, the application will be canceled without refund, and legal action may be initiated.

  17. Right to Reject Applications
    Edvantage Solution reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

  18. Transcript/MOI/LoA Submissions
    Applications for Transcripts/MOI/LoA will be submitted immediately, unless otherwise instructed. Delays from institutions are beyond our control.

  19. External Delays
    Processing time may be affected by holidays, lockdowns, high volumes, lost records, or courier delays. Your cooperation is appreciated.

  20. Authority Refusal
    If a university/institute refuses to accept the application without explanation, only minimum charges will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded.

  21. Non-Refundable Scenarios
    Refunds will not be possible if:

  • The institution cannot find the records.

  • The institution no longer retains records.

  • False or inaccurate information was provided by the applicant.

  • Requested additional information was not submitted on time.

Edvantage Solution offers services including Study Visa consultancy, Work Permits, IELTS coaching, Procurement of academic documents such as Academic Transcripts, Duplicate Certificates, Marksheets, and MOI letters etc from Universities across India. These documents are delivered to evaluation agencies (WES, IQAS, ICES), universities, and immigration authorities globally. Below is our comprehensive terms of service and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of placement (before processing starts) are eligible for a refund after deducting minimal payment gateway charges.
  • After 48 hours or once service processing begins, no refunds are issued, even if the application is withdrawn by the user.
  • For application-related changes or issues, clients are encouraged to contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate necessary adjustments.

2. Refunds After Submission to Institutions

  • If the application is canceled or rejected after submission to a university, college, or authority, applicable taxes, service fees, and payment gateway charges will be deducted.
  • Only refundable university fees, if recoverable from the institution, will be returned to the client.
  • If an application is put on hold due to missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents, it will be automatically closed after 4 months. No refund will be applicable
  • If Documents are found to be forged or fake . No refund will be applicable

3. Non-Refundable Components

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Taxes (e.g., GST, service tax)
  • University/government/embassy fees once paid
  • Payment gateway or banking transaction fees
  • Courier/shipping charges
  • Administrative or document processing charges
  • Stationery & Travel Costs In-cured for Application

4. Incomplete or Delayed Applications

  • Applications placed on hold due to incomplete, incorrect, or missing documents will remain pending for:
    • 3 months (visa or immigration services)
    • 2 months (document procurement services)
  • If not resolved within the above periods, the application will be automatically closed, and no refund will be applicable.
  • Applications inactive for over 12 months will be closed permanently, and related documents will be shredded.

5. Document Dispatch & Collection

  • Once documents are dispatched, Edvantage Solution is not liable for any loss or damage caused by universities, shipping partners, or third parties. In such cases, reapplication will require full payment.
  • If documents are not collected within 2 months of order completion, they will be shredded, and no refund will be given.

6. Delays Due to External Factors

Processing times may vary due to:

  • University/authority delays
  • Strikes, holidays, lockdowns, pandemics
  • Lost or damaged historical records
  • Courier transit issues
    Your patience and cooperation are appreciated.

7. Additional Documentation & Fee Corrections

  • If additional documents are requested and not provided within 3 months, the application can only be revived by paying an extra 10% service fee.
  • If technical issues or human error result in underpayment, clients will be required to pay the difference to continue processing.

8. Rejections Due to Applicant Error

No refund will be provided if:

  • The institution cannot locate or access academic records.
  • The applicant provides inaccurate or false information.
  • Fake or manipulated documents are submitted. In such cases, the application will be canceled, and legal action may be initiated.
  • Additional information requested by the university is not submitted on time by the applicant.

9. Disclosure & Privacy

If requested by university, college, or government authorities, Edvantage Solution is obligated to share the applicant’s contact information and necessary records for verification.

10. Rights & Limitations

  • Edvantage Solution reserves the right to reject any application at any stage without providing a reason.
  • Prices for services are subject to change without notice.
  • If a university or authority refuses to accept an application without explanation, minimum charges will be deducted, and the balance (if any) refunded.

11. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 working days through the same payment gateway or mode used during payment, after applicable deductions.

No Refunds if

13. Flexibility

  • For any changes or concerns regarding your application, please contact us within 48 hours. We will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
  • If customer want to re-open discontinued application 10% discount on service cost is provided 
  • We will follow necessary steps to successfully submit application according to compliance to university/institute/college/board/authority,if they refuse to accept application without any reason your application will be cancelled and minimum charges will be charged and remaining amount will be refunded.
